Can you custom or should we choose 40 ch as the spec?

We can customize the multi-connector depends on your need.

Can you provide us an update for the board when we need it ? (such as : if we need the board to connect to FFC connector)

Can your product be daisy chained together? Or does that require some sort of custom build ?

XPOW-8AX can be daisy chained. You just need to assign correct communication port.

Do you offer any OEM discounts?

Yes, please provide us with detail requirements.

How long the update rate of your product ? for example if we run 24 channel simultaneously, how long it will be ?

The update rate for current XPOW is ms range. Depend how many channels you want to control simultaneously. If you run like 24 channel simultaneously, it can be around 10ms range with embedded firmware control.

How to be your distributor? What would be the conditions? Would it possible to do a training on your products after that?

I have XDAC with mismatched ground pin, can you possibly send us the new board and set it properly then take the old one back in exchange ?

Is there any difference between the 8 channels and 40 channels in terms of specification (beyond) the number of channels)?

No, it is the same circuit but only have larger channel configuration

Is there any way to bring the lead time down?

Depend on the supply chain and production priority. We can expedite the lead time with additional cost.

Is it possible to integrate your product into our chassis (meaning, we get the PCB from you and power it off our internal supply)?

Yes, it is possible but we need to discuss related to the connector arrangement.

We need the channels to be independently configurable between CC (Control Current) and CV (Control Voltage), is that possible?
